Akane Shinome (篠目 アカネ Shinome Akane) is one of the characters of Danball Senki Wars. She is one of the new members of Third Platoon along with Roy Chen after Yuuji Nishimura and Takao Ooyama became LOST.
Appearance[]
Akane has black hair that is tied in two high pigtails where they stick up, dark brown eyes and she has a scar at the lower left side of her face.
She wears the Jenock girl's uniform.
Chronology[]
Akane first appeared in Episode 16 along with Roy Chen at Duck Manor. They introduced themselves to Jenock's First Platoon and later introduced themselves again to their platoon captain, Rikuya Tougou and walked away to Kamui Daimon Comprehensive Academy with him. Akane introduced herself again in the class to all of her Jenock's classmates along with Roy. She was later seen again when Reina Mito appointed only the First Platoon to investigate the Gigant Forest as their mission with the other platoons to whatever they want to do.

Etymology[]
- Akane's surname Shinome means "dwarf bamboo" (篠) (shino) and "eye, ogle" (目) (me).
