Armored Girl Chronicles (装甲娘戦機 Soukou Musume Senk) is a 2021 anime television series based on the Armored Girls online game by DMM, a spin-off to the Danball Senki (Little Battlers Experience) franchise by Level-5. The series is broadcasted in Japan on TOKYO MX, BS11, and Mainichi Broadcasting System beginning on January 06, 2020.[1]
The show was streamed simulcast in western countries as LBX Girls[2]. It was streamed in Asian countries as Armored Girls.
Plot[]
In an unplanned field trip, Riko is transported to an alternate Japan where metal-based life forms known as Mimesis ravage the world. Only girls equipped with LBX armored weaponry can stand up to this scourge. Joined by four other displaced young women, Riko will have to adapt to save humanity. The hope of a planet now rests on these heavy metal soldiers who desire one wish—to return home again!
