Ota Yellow (オタイエロー) is a veteran LBX player of the Ota Rangers, a sentai-like LBX team trained by Otacross in the Danball Senki series.
Appearance[]
In Otaranger uniform, he wears his sentai-colored tracksuit while donning a handmade ranger helmet with an X-visor, beak-like mouthguard and owl-winged ears. He's more chubby and small than the rest of his teammates.
Description/Chronology[]
Ota Yellow has a crush on Ami Kawamura. During their poses, he often messes his part up and ends up posing on the opposite side. In episode 29, he gets to battle her. He has Bibinbird X-III backflip to get behind of Pandora, holding Pandora's arms and legs with the entirety of his LBX. Ami finds difficulty until she has Pandora smash Bibinbird X-III's leg and throws his LBX into a building. Frustrated, he activates Crazy Cyclone, firing a ton of shots through the battle dome and leaving almost no opening. However, Ami finds the patterning and dodges all of his attacks, and activates her own Attack Function: Souken Rangeki to win.
He returns in episode 32 as Otacross announces that the Ota Rangers will also debut in the tournament.
In episode 33. he returns, creepily shocking Ami out of the blue, causing the girl to scream in surprise. Ota Yellow believes that speaking his name meant that Ami fell in love with him. Ota Pink and Ota Red “commend” him for his success before he offers to battle her again in the next round of the Akibahara Tournament.

- Ota Yellow's design comes from the Super Sentai inspiration, as the Yellow Ranger leader type.
