Owen Kaios (オーウェン・カイオス Oowen Kaiosu) is Jessica Kaios' father and director of NICS in the Danball Senki W story.
Personality[]
Owen is a wise leader. He takes precautions and accepts any support, while also being a strong leader of NICS and a positive father to his daughter, Jessica. He's nice, but stern and fair, and will do his best to save innocents. However, he has limits, and some actions can get him upset as seen with the revealations of the Detectors true goals.

Owen debuts when her daughter Jessica, arrives with the Seeker members from Japan, where he thanks them for arriving and asks for their cooperation to deal with Detector.
